Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or sufficient details to verify the transaction.

Candles that have been lit, or diffusers where reeds have been inserted, are considered used and therefore ineligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to start a return

To assist you efficiently, please attach a clear photo of the item and its packaging.
If the product was purchased through one of our retail partners, please indicate the store name and location.
If you don’t have a receipt, please share any details that may help us identify the order — such as the recipient’s name, email, or approximate date of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is inspected before dispatch.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@kohanna.store within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, you’ll receive confirmation of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at support@kohanna.store.

Non-returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
— Used or partially used candles, diffusers, or sachets
— Custom-made or personalized items
— Gift cards
— Sale items
