All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
Once placed, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order — this marks the start of the fulfillment process.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Each order is prepared and shipped from our atelier in Spain within 1–3 business days.

Once your parcel is with the courier, KO`HANNA cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or logistics disruptions.
Please make sure all delivery information is accurate before completing your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied in their country of residence.

We want your KO`HANNA experience to be effortless and satisfying.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product has not been used and remains in its original condition.
