At KO`HANNA, every order is prepared with precision and care.
Our shipping process is designed to ensure that each handcrafted piece reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition.

1. Processing Time

All products are made and packed by hand in our atelier in Spain.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but never at the expense of quality.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates and Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier rates.
We collaborate with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery within Spain and across Europe.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
KO`HANNA cannot be held liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination and selected carrier:
 • Spain: 1–3 business days after dispatch
 • European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch
 • International: 7–15 business days (depending on customs procedures)

Delays caused by customs clearance, local holidays, or force majeure events are outside of our control but we always assist in tracking and resolving any issues promptly.

4. International Orders

All international orders are shipped from Spain.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and remain the customer’s responsibility.

KO`HANNA is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs inspections or border procedures.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@kohanna.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on the situation.

To support your claim, please include photos of the packaging and product if applicable.

6. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Occasionally, certain products may be available for pre-order or made specifically for you.
In such cases, the estimated shipping time will be stated on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship all products together once they are available, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Force Majeure

KO`HANNA is not liable for delivery delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions, or regulatory restrictions.
